Why Colligis

An address book only knows where someone lives.

Everything else sits somewhere else: in your inbox, in a chat log, on a note next to the keyboard. Colligis keeps the context where the contact is.

Who belongs to whom

Your sister, a colleague from years ago, the person to talk to at the same club: relationships are entries of their own, with direction and meaning – not a remark in a free-text field.

Every interaction records what it was about and what stayed open. Next time you call, the history is in front of you instead of in your memory.

Colligis connects contacts, conversations, and open points in one interface – in German and English, in the browser and as an installable app.

Contacts with structure

Names, addresses, channels, and tags in proper fields. A new address is saved together with the contact – nothing is left half-created.

Relationships as a network

Link contacts to each other and see at a glance who introduced you to whom in the first place.

Interactions and history

Call, meeting, message: recorded with date, content, and the individual details that matter later.

Follow-ups and dates

Open points get a date and a condition. What is due shows up first – not in a second app.

Groups with their own fields

Every group defines the extra fields that apply to its members only. Nobody has to touch the data model for it.

Separate workspaces under one account, access per person, CSV import and export.

Custom fields

Colligis knows your group, not just your contacts.

A choir needs the voice part, a client base the contract number, a club the joining date. Instead of writing all of it into one notes field, every group defines its own fields – with type, requirement, and order.

  • The fields apply to members of that group only. Anyone outside it never sees them and never has to fill them in.
  • Types are enforced: a date stays a date, a choice stays within its options. Wrong values never reach the list.
  • Import and export carry the extra fields as columns of their own – CSV in, CSV out, without manual cleanup.
